In-Class Advertising Plan

Pair up.

You are a builder of custom homes and you are planning a new development where you will be building smaller homes to the LEED-for Homes standard. LEED stands for Leadership in Environmental and Energy Efficient Design. THese homes will feature locally produced products, certified sustainably managed wood, EnergyStar and other environmentally friendly building technologies.

Answer the following, and be sure to include both your names on the sheet you hand in.

 

1) Who are your target customers?

2) What is the objective of your Ad campaign (inform, persuade, or remind?) give a reason why?

3) What is your Ad budget? How did y

ou arrive at the figure?

4) What execution style will you use (lifestyle, scientific/technical, testimonial...) Why?
