Think of an item that you purchased in the last month. Write down the following.

1) Describe it.

2) What is the core benefit?

3) What is the Brand Name?

4) What are the most important FEATURES of this product?

5) Was product DESIGN or STYLE important in your purchase decision?

6) Describe the QUALITY LEVEL of your product.

7) Did your product feature attractive or functional PACKAGING?

8) Did your product come with any augmentations? (e.g. Delivery, Installation, Warranty, ...)

 

Now Swap with your neighbor and critique their answers.
