Assignment 3 - Contracts

Please hand in your assignments at the beginning of class on Tuesday.

From the Online Reading General Conditions of the Construction Contract:

 

Choose a "Sub-article" of Article 9 Payments and Completion (i.e. 9.1, or 9.2, or .. 9.11.)

1) Give the name of the article and sub-article and briefly describe what is contained in the sub-article IN YOUR OWN WORDS

2) Describe what specfic "risk" is being addressed by the sub article?
