You are a builder of Commercial Properties, say you build and renovate Applebee's restaurants amongst other clients. You are in need of a Project Manager to manage subs and activity at the job site for construction/renovation of Applebee's restaurants in the Chicago area.
As VP of Human Resources you must:
1) Perform a Job analysis including it's two components
A) Job description - List 4 key duties of the job. What tasks/duties will the Architect actually perform on a daily basis?
B) Job specification - List 4 key skills, abilities or other credentials that the individual applying for this job should ideally have.
