Assignment 5 - Motivation

Due: Tuesday Apr 11

Please hand in your assignments at the beginning of class.

The on-line reading A Job Well Done, discusses a number of motivating forces for workers.

One quote from the article reads

"Successful motivation requires careful thinking about how to encourage accomplishments that make a difference to the bottom line and how to tailor incentives to individual employees."

Imagine you are either an Architect in charge of a construction project, or a General Contractor in charge of a construction project. Please list and describe at least 3 NON-MONETARY(that is NOT involving direct pay or money bonuses) motivational tactics you might use with your staff.
