 Here is an outline to use in conducting your Case Studies.

 

1. Identify the Main Issue(s)

 

2. Identify Company Goals and Objectives

 

3. List the Appropriate Facts in the Case

 

4. Develop Alternative Courses of Action - What are their Pros and Cons?

 

5. Choose an Action and justify your choice.

 

6. How should the company implement your recommended course of action.
