1) Critique the Team
Measure the Following (5 Point or other scale)

A) Trust - Is the level of trust among the members of the team sufficient to allow open and honest communication without tension?

 

B) Listening - Do team members listen to each other?

 

C) Inclusion - Does everyone have a chance to express their ideas?

 

D) Risk Taking - Are team members willing to take risks?

 

E) Motivation - Are team members actively participating?

 

F) "We" Mentality - Do team members demonstrate togetherness in words and actions, driving toward consensus decisions?

 

G) Ownership - Do team members take INITIATIVE to solve problems and improve the process regularly and naturally?

 

H) Respect and Diversity - Do team members respect differences?

 

I) Focus - Does the team remain targeted on vision, mission and goals?
