Estimating Spreadsheets

Due by class time February 13
In the first two Material and Take-Off lectures we introduced the General Requirements Section of the Frank Walker estimating book.

We created general spreadsheets for:

1) Estimating Equipment Rental Rates

2) Calculating Labor Costs for moving aggregate materials

3) Estimating Carpentry Labor Costs for Sheathing

Provide a spreadsheet or spreadsheets that contain these estimates.

NOTE: Make sure to add a PROFIT line on each of these, and use a PROFIT rate of 15%.

Please use formulae wherever feasible. This will increase the utility of this spreadsheet for future use.
