Signing Up for EDUC 395Z
The only way to sign up for EDUC395Z is to fill out a placement form.
We will continue accepting placement forms through the end of the add/drop period (February 9th). However, sections are filling up quickly, so please turn in your placement form as soon as possible!
Please note that the placement form asks you to pick which section(s) you're interested in. At this late date, we may not be able to place you in your first choice. If you list a second and third choice, it will be much more likely that we can find a spot for you.
There are several ways to obtain and return a placement form:
- Download Placement Form to print or e-mail. Download the placement form to your computer. Fill it out in your word processing program and return it via e-mail to umassdialogue@yahoo.com or print a copy and return your completed paper form to the locations listed below. (To ensure that we can read your e-mailed form, please attach it as a Microsoft Word document, or as a .rtf document, or copy it into the body of the e-mail).
- Placement Form to print. Use this option if you cannot download the form above. This form will open in your web browser; simply print the form, fill it out by hand, and return your paper form to the locations listed below. Alternatively this PDF form can also be downloaded and printed.
- Pick up a paper form at Hills South room 161 (9am-5pm) or Hills South room 364 (any time). Fill it out and return it to these same locations.
The sooner we receive your completed form, the more likely we can place you in your first choice section. Please don't delay!
