From a hospitality industry recruiter: "It's always nice to visit UMass and see some familiar faces of students that have a sincere interest in Starwood.  However, I did want to provide some feedback so when I come back in the spring, the students are better prepared for the job market.  As for some students, it was their first interview and some of them were not prepared or dressed to impress.  As far as specifics, some were very visibly nervous, had spelling/grammatical errors on their resumes and had difficulty going through the behavioral interview.  I want to make sure that you understand that this is by far not the majority, but just a few; however, for those that are graduating in May, it may impede them from getting the best opportunity."
