Sept. 29 - So, what's not sustainable and an introduction to the systems iceberg. Post to Discussion Three on SPARK before class.

 

Oct. 4 - Field Trip

Oct. 6 - Homework Two is due today (iceberg on 50 million farmers). Also, read "Fifty Million Farmers" and post to Discussion Four on SPARK before class.

 

Oct. 11 - No class (Monday schedule)

Oct. 13 - Optional class in memory of Bobby Clifford and a discussion on "what is important."  This class will include a guided meditation at the beginning followed by a dialogue.  If you intend to join us read this in preparation.  Other members of the Sustainable Food and Farming community of students are welcome.

Oct. 18 - Field Trip

Oct. 20 - Discussion on "good work". Bring 3 examples of jobs/good work (including job qualifications) you like to class and post to Discussion Five on SPARK.
